My ultimate favourite way to eat bread is with loads of grass fed butter. I'm looking forward to making the cultured butter so that will be amazing. I bake for my family and my community at the Eco Village whom will be tasting the extra loaves of bread I will be baking. Also to share with family in Leicester mainly my mother and mother in law.
