How I use BALM Protocol
Once, if not before I finish the course I will share my knowledge with the people I work with in mental health. My intention is to start a bread therapy club for people experiencing loneliness, isolation, depression, anxiety etc in the Stewartry district of Dumfries and Galloway, South West Scotland.
