We have a really positive relationship with our students, and it’s in part because they are amazing, but we also listen to our students.


The Sourdough School Feedback Policy

This is our Feedback Form 

Introduction

At The Sourdough School, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience, continually striving to improve and adapt. We believe that feedback from our students is crucial to achieving this goal. This policy outlines our approach to collecting and responding to feedback in accordance with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) standards.

Feedback Scope

  • Course Content: Feedback regarding lectures, practical sessions, and course materials.
  • Website Usability: Comments on the functionality and content of our website, including errors or broken links.
  • Subject Interest: Suggestions for additional content or deeper exploration of existing topics.
  • Technical Issues: Reporting technical problems encountered during the course.
  • Recipe Development: Requests for further development or clarification of recipes.

Providing Feedback

  • During the Course: We encourage students to provide feedback at any point during the course.
  • End of Course Feedback: A comprehensive feedback form will be available at the conclusion of the course.
  • Method of Submission: Feedback should be submitted using the designated form on our website. Direct emails about the website or course content are not preferred as there is a specific procedure for handling feedback.

Processing Feedback

  • Acknowledgement: All feedback will be acknowledged promptly upon receipt.
  • Review and Action: Feedback will be reviewed by Vanessa and the relevant team members. Necessary actions will be taken to address the feedback.
  • Timeframe: We aim to address feedback as quickly as possible. However, some issues may require more time to resolve. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

Managing Expectations

  • Variations in Content: Please note that some content, such as formulas, may differ from those in The Sourdough School book. This diversity is intentional to provide a wide range of learning experiences.
  • Implementation of Changes: Changes based on feedback will be implemented in a manner that maintains the integrity and objectives of the course.

Continuous Improvement

  • Reflection and Adaptation: We regularly review feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • CPD Compliance: Our feedback process is designed to ensure that our courses remain current, relevant, and of high quality.
