The Importance of the Student Interview and Registration Process

At The Sourdough School, the student interview and registration process is a cornerstone of our approach to personalised education. This process allows us to truly get to know you as an individual, far beyond what a genetic test alone could reveal. Dr. Vanessa Kimbell, with her extensive expertise in health, bread, nutrition, and the gut microbiome, is committed to understanding your unique aims, objectives, social situation, and personal goals. This holistic approach ensures that we tailor our teaching methods to best support your learning journey and personal development.

Limited Numbers

We pride ourselves on maintaining a limited number of students, accepting only around 100 students per year. This includes 18 students for our retreats, 32 for workshops, and up to 40 for our online diploma programme. Additionally, we welcome our second-year students to join us in creating a supportive and enriching learning environment. By keeping our student numbers small, we can provide a highly personalised and attentive educational experience.

What sets The Sourdough School apart is not just our focus on personalisation or gut tests or nutrigenetics, but our commitment to listening to you and understanding your needs. As part of your registration, you will receive a comprehensive genetic test from Lifecode Gx, along with hello thank youdetailed feedback and personalised guidance from Dr. Kimbell. This process includes live sessions and ongoing support, extending even beyond your graduation, with many alumni continuing to engage with the school.

By registering for our diploma, you are investing in an education that is deeply personalised and supported by cutting-edge scientific insights. You will have access to Dr. Kimbell’s expertise and the opportunity to participate in life sessions, ensuring that your educational experience is both enriching and transformative.

We believe that this level of personalisation is essential for fostering a profound understanding of nutrition, digestibility, and the health benefits of bread. It is this commitment to each student’s individual journey that makes The Sourdough School truly special. We look forward to welcoming you and supporting you through a unique and impactful educational experience.
