Diversity Bread™

Introduction to Diversity Bread™

Diversity Bread™ is the name that we call our approach to the making of our bread.

Diversity Bread aligns with the Baking as Lifestyle Medicine (BALM) protocol (Note that BALM outlines our full holistic process that includes how to eat bread for optimal health that includes symbiotic eating and sequenced eating and sharing bread.)

The concept of Diversity Bread™ encompasses a multi-dimensional perspective, emphasising the importance of diversity in ingredients, environmental sustainability, and nutritional benefits. Professor David Veale aptly summarises this approach as a cornerstone of nutritional psychiatry, reflecting a deep understanding of how food can influence mental and physical well-being.

Diversity Bread is fermented and uses a botanical blend of flour, porridge, and live probiotic finishes…

The Diversity Bread™? Blocks

Diversity Bread™ Diversity Bread™ is not just a method but a philosophy of baking that integrates comprehensive nutritional and environmental principles. Each block within this framework plays a crucial role in creating a bread that supports both physical and mental health. This approach, grounded in extensive research and development, exemplifies the principles of the BALM protocol and offers a blueprint for making truly nourishing bread. The trademarked process of Diversity Bread™ ensures that this innovative method remains consistent and effective, providing significant benefits to both bakers and consumers.

Licensing and Usage

Diversity Bread™? is a trademarked process with a licensing system in place for those who wish to utilise this method within the established parameters. This ensures that the principles of diversity, nutrition, and sustainability are maintained, guaranteeing that the bread produced adheres to the high standards set by this innovative approach.

By adhering to the diversity blocks and principles, Diversity Bread™? achieves its goal of creating bread that nourishes and supports both physical and mental health, embodying the holistic approach of Baking as Lifestyle Medicine.
