Drawing on everything gathered across your assessment and your nutrigenetic reports, she designs a complete personalised bread programme: your recipe, your flour blend, your fermentation approach, and a guide to eating your bread in a way that supports your health at every meal.
Every ingredient, every timing decision, every element of the recipe has a reason rooted in your specific biology. The result is a loaf that works for you — quietly, consistently, and deliciously — every single day.
Your personalised bread recipe report is delivered by email, with three months access to supporting lessons and recipes online.
If you would like to bake your bread with Dr Kimbell in person, this step is included in full as part of a workshop or retreat at The Sourdough School in Northamptonshire.
