I have two exciting announcements. Firstly my doctorate is now finished and I am now officially Dr Kimbell. Secondly, I am thrilled to announce some wonderful news from the Sourdough School. We are launching an innovative series of four-day workshops, perfectly intertwined with our community bakery venture, where our freshly baked sourdough bread will be available for the community to enjoy.
This development presents an amazing opportunity for more immersive, hands-on baking experiences.
A limited number of discounted places
I am delighted to offer an exclusive opportunity to 10 of our existing students and alumni. You can join these workshops, and next year’s certificate at a significantly reduced fee of £849. Current students can have an additional code to remove the monthly fees as you already have access to the baking modules as a student.
Please use the provided codes and follow this link to see workshop details and dates. Bear in mind, these places are quite limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note our standard terms and conditions apply.
- For current students ONLY who are already enrolled on the certificate or diploma there is no need to pay the monthly subscription. Before signing up please email [email protected] and I will send you a discount code to remove the £29.99 per month.
- existingstudent849 – this reduces the signup fee to £849
The workshops are still a canvas of creation; not all recipes have been finalised as they will feature in my upcoming book. However, I can assure you that our signature retarded sourdough loaves will be a consistent highlight. Each workshop will be themed around the art of baking, savouring, and sharing sourdough, giving you a glimpse of the novel recipes awaiting in the book.
These workshops are not just learning sessions; they are a creative collaboration. You will be actively involved in the development of recipes and in the photography for the upcoming book.
Furthermore, I hope some recipes we be baking will be included from our graduation recipes, which is why the complete recipe selection is yet to be finalised.
I am excited for the chance to meet many of you in person. Your participation and insights are invaluable to the growth and enrichment of our Sourdough School community.
Thank you for your support and enthusiasm. I am confident that these workshops will be an integral and delightful part of your sourdough baking adventure.
Warmest regards,
Dr. Kimbell
