Sourdough Pizza

Drizzled with olive oil, lightly showered with shavings of parmesan, topped with a rich tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella - sourdough pizzas are the ultimate indulgence. The long slow fermentation of the dough makes a gut-friendly, digestible pizza that is a real weekend treat. We get asked all the time if sourdough pizza is better, and in our online video course, we show you just how much better it can be.

Following our seven core principles, the addition of whole wheat flour and a long, slow fermentation, our recipe is healthier and much more nourishing for the gut microbiome. These factors also make our pizzas have outstanding flavour and a burnished, chewy crust.

Here you will find our top tips, recipes and techniques for making our delicious pizza dough, as well as recipes for sauces and toppings. If you thought our sourdough bread was good - then we can't wait for you to try these!

Estimated time: 4 hours.
