On Friday 3rd October, Dr Vanessa Kimbell is hosting an Introduction to Baking as Lifestyle Medicine, a one-day course that brings together the joy of bread with the science of gut health.
You’ll spend the day exploring how sourdough can play a role in everyday nourishment. Through live demonstrations and conversation, you’ll see how ingredients, fermentation and nutrition connect in ways that are simple, practical and inspiring.
Held at The Sourdough School, this course is about understanding how bread can truly make a difference, to your health, to your kitchen, and to the people you share it with.
