PROVEN™ Bread Course — 12-Week Bread & Gut Health Reset
So often I’ve been asked to provide knowledge and bread to the people who need it most — those who don’t have the time, confidence, or capacity to bake but who desperately need the intervention. So if you have someone you love, or you yourself need support, this is essentially the most nourishing bread I can deliver. I have packaged my clinical trial bread and the knowledge that helps improve mental health into a subscription box.
But you’re not just going to eat that bread. That doesn’t work.
You’re going to learn how and why this kind of bread works to support gut health and mental health. This is radical. You don’t just get to toast your bread you will learn about the soil that your grains grown in and the farmers that grow the grain. You will discover how you eat your bread impact you, and learn how this bread can be considered biohacking bread.

Start timeline: It will be approximately 2 weeks before your first loaf is delivered (onboarding + milling to order). Thereafter, bread is delivered every 2 weeks while you follow the 12-week course at your own pace.

Alongside your bread, you’ll complete a self-assessment and a fun, accessible weekly learning activity designed to deepen your understanding of truly good bread. Over the 12 weeks you will:

- Learn the principles behind nutrient-rich, slow-fermented loaves
- Connect your daily bread to the soil, the seasons, and your community
By the end of the programme, you will not only feel the difference in how you digest and respond to bread — you’ll understand why. WHEN WILL MY BREAD START ARRIVING?
We hand-blend the flour, mill it, and then rest it for a week. It is then baked, rested, and sliced before being hand-packed and posted to you. Your first delivery arrives 2 weeks after your first payment. Bread is then delivered every 2 weeks for 5 more deliveries — 6 deliveries in total. Please note deliveries usually arrive on Thursdays.
