Chicken, Spelt & Watercress Sourdough Dog Biscuits

My Jack Russell Polly is never far from my side and she loves a treat.

My husband has Bodie, who is a cross Golden Retriever flat coat and they are both part of the team here at the school. They are inseparable and their job is to alert me if anyone is arriving. So, these delicious sourdough dog biscuits are easy to make and use leftovers. They are also easier to digest as most dogs don't really digest wheat that well...
