We have collaborated with XXX and are excited to be giving away a signed copy of Vanessa’s bestselling book The Sourdough School book worth £24.99. This book is a groundbreaking read on sourdough. Vanessa has compiled her teachings in to a beautifully illustrated book for the home baker, which explains the what, when how and why of sourdough and demystifies the baking process as well as the science, and the nutrition and applies it to the bread that you can bake by hand at home.

Soon to follow is The Sourdough School: Sweet Baking, the follow up to this book to be released in September 2020.
