  • If you would like to stay informed about news and the dates you can read our club magazine which will includes news of when we will be opening applications.
  • The next opening to join the structured syllabus will open on the 28th October 2021 at 7pm; the numbers are strictly limited and applications will close on the 4th November at 7pm
  • We are now in our 11th year of running the The Sourdough Club and some of our members have been with us for over a decade.  It is an amazing community, but the Monthly Membership option is at capacity at present and is currently closed.  Memberships do become available and we review numbers monthly. Should you wish to join the waiting list you can join the waiting list and request to join here.

*Please note that membership in the Sourdough Club is selective. Admission requires an application and interview process.
