The highly personalised nature of the bread-making courses offered under the guidance of Dr. Vanessa Kimbell is underpinned by our communications procedure.
Our unique approach to education in this field involves tailoring course content to suit each student’s individual needs and aspirations. The communications procedure reflects Dr. Kimbell’s commitment to personalised bread-making for health.
We have a specific communication procedure in place. By following the procedures, you will have ample opportunities to interact with Vanessa and receive the guidance you need while also helping us manage communications effectively.
We kindly ask that you follow this communication procedure. This allows Vanessa to support all our students whilst also protecting her from an overload of emails. Please remember that we are a small team managing a large community of active bakers and social media followers, so your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
- Make sure that you check your Schedule. The lessons are clearly marked. If you have booked a course and have not received an email, it is automated and likely to be in your spam folder.
- Please make sure that you are signed up for the STUDENT NEWSLETTER. This is not the general one – but specifically for students.
- We rarely send emails to you – instead, we post major notifications to the notice board, which can also be seen on your login page.
- For general questions 1 post your question on The Forum we have alumni studens who monitor the forum several times a day and for anything urgent, we will alert Vanessa.
- All accounts and billing enquiries needs to be discussed with Vanessa in this session and if you book a late slot then Vanessa can make sure you are the last student and give you extra time to get anything in order.
- If any user issues or problems logging in OR with your permission or just need a few pointers, then please pop into the 4 pm live customer services session on Thursday.
- If you have questions about the lessons, recipes, or lectures, make sure that you ask them before the live session.
- Troubleshooting your bakes
- If you are still unable to identify why your recipe is not going according to plan then 1- post to the forum and visit the trouble shooting library.
- If you still cannot identify why you are having problems after following these steps then you may ask for Vanessa to personally review your recipe. Please follow the instructions here – you will need to have recorded the details of your bake as advised before submitting the request.
- If there is a link or a page not working, then please follow the feedback link and add it in here.
- Only once you have followed this procedure should you email; if it is personal, then email me please [email protected]. I will answer, and if appropriate, I will speak to Vanessa.
