About
Already as a child I loved baking and I refound this old love, after I lost a bit sight of it during my student and early working years in the field of health care. However, out of sight is not out of mind, and my love for baking and I reconnected. Moreover, it turned into a passion that gradually took/takes more and more of my spare time.
I am currently following a training for baker, that initially started as an extension of my baking hobby. However, I came to the conclusion that this is the way I want to go in my professional career, and I will be opening my own local and artisanal bakery in the nearby future.
More and more I experienced that not only I become happy from baking, but my bakings make other people happy as well :-)
