My passion is making bread for others. First and most importantly for my husband. Then my mom always gets a fresh loaf and I provide for a number of friends every week. Our favourite way to eat our sourdough bakes are still warm from the oven and smothered in homemade cultured butter. Yum!
How I use BALM Protocol
I will continue to create new recipes and make my bakes as delicious and nutritious as possible. I love sharing how sourdough is SO different from “bread” and encourage others to look deeper into their diets and how they can increase the health of their guts. Empowered with a greater knowledge of sourdough and gut health will now enable me to be more confident in sharing the health benefits freely with others.
