I am retired and live in Ross on Wye. I make bread for my wife and I and friends and neighbours.
Passionate about Baking as Lifestyle Medicine
Often shop bread gives me indigestion so was keen to make my own. I had The Sourdough School book for Christmas. I have been making bread enjoying the whole process and would love to know more.
My Community
I think my wife and I feel much better eating homemade sourdough bread. I also think the whole process is a good way of encouraging people to slow down and appreciate the good things in life.
