Set in the walled gardens of Dr Vanessa Kimbell's beautiful Victorian home in rural Northamptonshire; this is baking tailored to to suit the biology of the person eating it using nutrigenetics and gut health assessments. We train healthcare professionals and bakers to bake Proven Bread.

The 3 day introduction the BALM workshops

We follow an Oxbridge-style term timetable, with each workshop thoughtfully tailored to reflect the season and the individuals we teach. Botanical blend flours, seasonal lunches, and our approach to bread-making are adapted to create a uniquely immersive experience. Our workshops are offered across three terms, with the following dates available:

  • Wednesday 9th – Friday 11th July 2025
  • Wednesday 12th – Friday 14th November 2025
  • Wednesday 3rd – Friday 5th December 2025
