Personalised Bread Consultations & Testing

Nutrigentics and gut health are part of our practice in personalising bread  and form the foundation of personalising bread. From January 2026 the courses we teach at the School have both the Bread and Health Assessment and the Nutricore Nutrigenetics core report automatically  built into structure and cost of the course.

Private consultations & extra assessments for existing students.

Private consultations and additional assessments for existing students occasionally form part of my clinical practice. These are entirely at Dr Kimbell’s discretion and are available only to select individuals. All one-to-one consultations take place online.
