We offer a range of bread making courses, both online and in person, including personalised bread, specifically tailored to suit your lifestyle, gut health, and unique genetics.

The 3 day introduction the BALM workshops

We follow an Oxbridge-style term timetable, with each workshop thoughtfully tailored to reflect the season and the individuals we teach. Botanical blend flours, seasonal lunches, and our approach to bread-making are adapted to create a uniquely immersive experience. Our workshops are offered across three terms, with the following dates available:
