THE PERSONALISATION PROGRAMME

Included in your registration fee

Before you arrive, we design the loaf you’ll bake – matched to your biology.

This isn’t a breadmaking course. It’s a clinically-informed process that uses nutrigenetics to create bread tailored to your unique physiology. The baking is simply how we deliver it.


THE PROCESS

Step 1: Bread & Health Assessment You complete a detailed lifestyle medicine questionnaire covering your health history, digestive patterns, symptoms, and relationship with bread. This is followed by a 45-minute consultation with Dr Kimbell to establish your baseline.

Step 2: Nutrigenetics Testing Your Nutricore test kit is posted to you. This analyses how your genes influence digestion, detoxification, inflammation, and nutrient metabolism – the foundation for designing your bread.

Step 3: Your Loaf is Designed Dr Kimbell uses your genetic results to design the specific loaf you’ll bake during the course – flour selection, fermentation method, botanical blends, and inclusions matched to your biology.

Step 4: You Bake Your Bread During the practical, you bake the loaf that was designed for you.

Step 5: Final Feedback After the course, a follow-up consultation to review your experience, refine your protocol, and answer questions.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Most bread – even sourdough – is made to a standard recipe. Everyone gets the same loaf regardless of whether their body can process it well.

This programme takes the opposite approach. We assess your health history, test your genetics, and design bread that works with your biology – not against it.

This is the world’s first nutrigenetically-designed bread programme. By the time you arrive, your loaf has already been created and you will learn how to bake, eat and share it with personal tuition from Dr Kimbell. All you need to do is take the knowledge home and then bake.
