About
Hi I am Eonn, a home baker from Malaysia.
Being mother of two, baking is part of my routines as my family love bread, i bake for my neighbours, school teachers, friends and relatives too.
For me, bread making meant to be shared, either sharing the knowledge or sharing the breads, and in order to share with more people, i have a Youtube channel to record down my bread making process for those who want to know the basic steps to make a sourdough bread.
Bread making is not difficult, but understand the fermentation and knowing how to apply the knowledge into baking and our daily life are real interesting, and that’s the reason i joined Vanessa’s course.
How I use BALM Protocol
I have to say I am the lucky one to accepted to this course, it opened a whole new world for me, in nutrition and our gut health.
The syllabus is practical, not only technically but also the whole understanding about ourself, our connection with the food source, our choice, our mind and physical health, with the supports of Vanessa’s teaching and facts from the research papers, this made me a more confident baker who see the bread and our diet in new window.
I will continue using all I learnt and shared with people who believe and who willing to make a change, a real changing in bread making and lead to a healthier diet and lifestyle.
I am grateful that I am one of them now.
