"Firstly I wanted to apologise for my lack of engagement with the program currently. I unfortunately have found the commitment of multiple hours of video sessions a week on top of any reading or baking just too much with a job and other commitments. It is now quite overwhelming trying to work out where to dip back in, but I will try to continue baking with some of the recipes.

I also wanted to let you know my concerns about the post put on Facebook by Claire Watson this evening. I am worried that the content of her post suggests her mental health is not currently at its best. Specifically that she is manic, and that her judgement on what is relevant to post publicly is impaired.

I'm a GP trainee, currently working in psychiatry. If I read this from one of my patients I'd want to see them to discuss things further, and see how they are coping.

I felt that I couldn't not highlight this concern. I hope that your safeguarding policy for participants extends to this, and wondered if someone in your team would want to sensitively raise these concerns with Claire. I feel advising her to speak to her psychiatrist or GP would be a sensible step. "
