Important Payment Information
At the Sourdough School, we understand that a large payment towards a course can be difficult. One of the reasons we open bookings a year in advance for in-person classes and we stager the payments for the Diploma over two years is to enable participants to enrol in a course and spread the payment.
Final Dates
We set an enrollment/registration fee and a final date for people to enrol using the staggered payment system to facilitate this. If there are still places left on the course after this date, we will revert to the full payment option, where the total course fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Key Points:
- Early Booking Advantage: By opening bookings a year in advance, we provide the opportunity to pay for the course in smaller, manageable instalments over six months.
- Cut-off Date for Payment Plans: Each course has a specific deadline, generally six months before the course start date, by which you must enrol to take advantage of the staggered payment plan.
- Reversion to Full Payment: After the cut-off date, if there are still available places, enrolment will only be possible with full course fee payment.
Why This Matters:
Understanding and adhering to these cut-off dates means we can offer financial flexibility while ensuring all payments are completed before the course begins. This policy ensures that our administrative processes run smoothly and that all participants are fully prepared for their course experience.
We cannot alter or create individual payment plans. Therefore, we ask that you book your course using the required payment system offered.
We hope to make the enrolment process clear and manageable for everyone. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
