Week by Week Lessons

Guided Syllabus

It’s easy to to feel overwhelmed when you first start to learn to bake, but I remind anyone wanting to learn that it takes time to learn.

Vanessa has structured syllabuses, with week by week lessons, recipes, tasks and learning objectives curated in a structure that will build your confidence.  The club is about true understanding.  You can only become intuitive when you have built experience and no matter how many videos you watch your hands and your senses need to actually connect, and you follow a learning pathway to keep you on track and inspired so you will not just bake sourdough, but really understand the process.
