Our multidisciplinary team work to educate, support and empower people to optimise our staple food for social equality.  They share the knowledge of how to approach bread as Baking as Lifestyle Medicine baking, eating, and sharing bread, and baked goods to provide a path forward explicitly aimed at social and political change in the way we approach bread and baked goods.

A Common Vision

Our work is in supporting our community.  It is only through collective action of sharing, mutual support and challenge and valuing the bread we bake eat and share that we will overcome some of the most pressing challenges faced today on both a personal and global scale.  It's about baking eating and sharing bread that does good- for humans and the planet.
