Who does what?

We are a small team, and we are more often than not in the School baking. We run both the Sourdough School and the Sourdough Club. For more information on terms dates or location details, click here. If you’ve ever been to The Sourdough School or attended one of our courses, then chances are you will have come across Lucy, Amy or Libiana. My team do an amazing job of helping me to manage my bookings, helping students out with queries accommodation and assisting me with  running the websites and all the prepping needed before a course begins.

How to talk with me directly

If you are already a Club member then it is a good idea to submit your question to the clinic or submit a sourdough loaf-analysis form, and I will then chat with you live on our Thursday evening live clinic session (you can find links to these on your syllabus welcome pages).

If it is a more personal chat or you are enquiring about enrolling or have any questions, then I have regular 1:1 sessions that can be booked via Amanda. These slots are 15 minutes long on either a Monday or Friday afternoon from 4–5.45pm and run in my Zoom room.

Our working hours

Please note that we operate a traditional academic school year, and we are closed in the holidays and half-terms, as well as during our summer break in August.

How to get in touch

My team are amazing and have a lovely positive approach. Between them, they keep everything running smoothly, looking after my Club members and students. They do an amazing job of looking after me, so I know they will also be amazing at looking after you too. So to get in touch, you can either phone us or email the appropriate team member directly (emails are in the photos above,) or if you are not sure, just fill in the form below and we will be in touch shortly.
