If you’ve ever been to The Sourdough School or attended one of our courses, then chances are you will have come across Lucy, Amy or Libiana. During your course, Lucy will look after you. Lucy has been helping me for almost a decade, but that’s only the start of the work she does. Once you have enrolled, Lucy manages the day-to-day running of the online courses. She is integral to the administration of our Systems Change Programme, and is key to engaging you in our community and the course syllabus. She is amazing and the inspiration behind our mentorship programme. So if you get stuck, lose your password or just need to know what is going on, then contact Lucy.

How to talk with me directly
If you are already a Club member then it is a good idea to submit your question to the clinic or submit a sourdough loaf-analysis form, and I will then chat with you live on our Thursday evening live clinic session (you can find links to these on your syllabus welcome pages).
If it is a more personal chat or you are enquiring about enrolling or have any questions, then I have regular 1:1 sessions that can be booked via Amanda. These slots are 15 minutes long on either a Monday or Friday afternoon from 4–5.45pm and run in my Zoom room.
Our working hours
Please note that we operate a traditional academic school year, and we are closed in the holidays and half-terms, as well as during our summer break in August.

Lucy works part time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday here in the office at the School from 10:30am–3pm ( GMT), so please bear with us if it takes a day to answer you. You can always phone us on + (44) 1604 881247 and talk in-person during these hours.
Amy works on Monday and Friday from 9am–1pm, supporting communications on social media and Facebook so everyone stays updated.
I am in the office on Thursdays and Fridays.
Libiana is at university and works remotely on the research as well as being my PA, so she keeps irregular hours ( student hours ) but checks her emails regularly
