Post-Workshop Follow-Up Consultation at The Sourdough School

Continuing Your Personalisation :  After you have completed your 3 month  baking workshop here at The Sourdough School you are welcome to update your recipes and techniques and purchase any one-hour follow-up consultation.  Life changes and you might update your the results and this give you the opportunity to keep on assessing the effectiveness of your personalised plan and making necessary adjustments based on your experiences and any new health information.

Consultation Focus:

  1. Assessment and Adaptation:
    • You can continue to evaluate your progress post-workshop, using your self-assessment forms as a guide.
    • Discuss any new developments in your health or dietary habits that might influence your bespoke plan.
  2. Refining Your Plan:
    • Based on our discussion, we’ll refine your personalised approach to bread and nutrition.
    • Consider additional recommendations or adjustments in light of new genetic and gut testing results or other health information.
  3. Outcome and Next Steps:
    • Formulate a revised plan that continues to align with your health goals and dietary needs.
    • Plan for ongoing support and any further consultations or testing that may be beneficial.

Your Role in This Process: Your active participation and feedback are crucial in this consultation. By sharing your continued experiences and any new health information, you enable us to tailor your plan more effectively. Remember, this journey is a collaborative effort aimed at enhancing your wellbeing through the art of sourdough bread making.
