Please note that this form is not active until we have confirmation of our certification. Please do not submit a request for your points unit this is live. We will let you know as soon as we can.
To submit your request you will need the URL’s of the lectures that you have attended. You may only include submit your application once a term. Please note that you can only submit a lecture or tutorial once, please be mindful of any repetition.
You will need to submit this form in one sitting, so please allow yourself enough time to complete the form one go. You request will be validated by Vanessa and your e – certificate will be emailed to your student address. Please submit during Term time, and allow 10 working days.
This allows you to feedback to us, and to claim up to three time a year.
