I am delighted to share that I have some limited course availability – The dates below are this year’s last remaining spaces.
I can only apologise to those of you who have been waiting for me to reply to enquiries, but I have been working on the new book, Proven, which is now with the publisher and waiting final editing. It’s very time-consuming and has meant I haven’t been able to respond to everyone personally as I normally would. I will release the Autumn term courses availability at the end of June.



So the good news is that we have rescheduled a few bookings, and I’ve also taken the opportunity to make these previously unavailable spaces bookable. As you know, we teach in an intimate setting, with small groups that allow us to take a deeply personalised approach to breadmaking. I only run a limited number of courses each year, and once these places are filled, there won’t be further opportunities until the Autumn term of 2025

- 2nd April – 1 place available
- 30th April – 4 places available okay
- 4th June – 4 places available
- 9th July – 4 places available
Retreat
- 22nd July – Summer Retreat – 5 places available
- 8th September Tuscany – 12 spaces
These are the only dates available; once they’re full, there will be no more spaces. We will release these dates on our general newsletter and social media at the end of the week, so you have priority in booking. If you have a particular date you want to secure, then I recommend booking as soon as possible to secure a place.
