I browse alot and came across a sourdough starter and wanted to have ago it sounded creepy with microbes fermenting and used to bake bread instead of using yeast. I followed Chad Roberts of Tartine and practised practised and practised. During Lockdown that’s what I did and it was wonderful
I love everything about it and the thought it is good for you blew me away. I like to eat with butter and like to give one away as I can’t eat it all haha
I give to friends family and workmates. Also people at my place of worship as I am one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Love eating bread with a good cheese.

Passionate about Baking as Lifestyle Medicine
This is all too wonderful. I am realising that we are what we eat and I wish I could persuade others of the importance of our intake. My son has just been diagnosed with either colitis or Crohns. My husband has Crohns and sadly passed it on genetically. He has yet not had it confirmed as to which. NHS is in such a mess he is still waiting.
My Community
Our area is classed as an underprivileged area (expressions used in papers) etc but seem kind and generous people.
