"I am a sourdough baker, albeit I have only been baking for approximately 4 years. I have an Instagram account @thistable_moonlibby which has documented my sourdough journey. I love everything about baking sourdough, and it has been an amazing healing journey for me during a very challenging time in my life. I love to share my bread and my knowledge with as many people as I can, so people can experience the beauty of the sourdough journey for themselves.

My favourite way to eat bread is with friends and strangers. I bake for everyone and anyone. I bake for whoever needs a loaf of bread; for whoever needs to be blessed, healed, celebrated and loved.
How I use BALM Protocol
I will use my bread making knowledge to endeavour to share what I have learnt with others. I will share it as I continue to share my bread with others and educate them about the importance of eating bread made with wild yeast, sustainably grown wheat, and love. I’ll continue to have people at my table who need to understand what it means to ‘break bread together’ nourishing the body and mind.
