Profession: Home Baker
My name is Hermione, i am 21 years old and i am Greek.
Because my passion is cooking and baking my goal is to become a professional baker one day!
I am a Mediterranean kind of girl, i love all these fresh flavours. Nonetheless i am open to new flavours , but i grown up with tomatoes,oregano,feta cheese,legumes, vegetables,fish and meat.
One of my absolute favourite ways to eat my bread is just a simple toasted slice of bread with some honey and crumbled feta cheese on top and my feet already begin to dance themselves.
Normally i bake for every single person that wants to try my bread but usually i bake for my family. Family is really important to me, they are the first people i see when i wake up in the morning and the last before i go to bed, so for me is very important to keep our family healthy. I find very fascinating the fact that i can share my knowledge around bread with them! We discuss and we renew the fact that we should eat more properly and change the way we think about food.
How I use BALM Protocol
My goal is to become a professional baker, but not that kind of baker that owns a bakery with sourdough bread and just says that sells sourdough bread.
I want to extend my knowledge, i want to help people, i want to inform people why we need to add diversity, fiber and long slow fermented bread in our diet .
So for my sharing the knowledge is a key player if we want to change the way our society thinks and acts about food.
How? We need to teach them how and why.
