About Me

I love baking sourdough because you always need to adjust a little here and there according to the environment, so the process is never the same.
Love that it’s healthy for me, love the taste and love that I’m able to do this dispite my own health problems.
I have an bread app group on my phone everytime I baked a batch I post this in my bread app and local people can reserve a loave and come and collect it.
My favorite way to eat my loafs is with my family members with a nice bowl of home made soup

How I Will Use The Knowledge

My dream is to help people with spinal cord injuries.
As a side affect of spinal cord injury lots of people have bowel issues as well as al kind of sideaffects from the spinal cord injury, like bowel, kidney, diabetic, obesities and so on.
Most of them have a sitting life style and are not able to be active in sports which affects there health even more.
I would love to be able to help them with there dietary as I have a strong believe that you are what you eat and even though you can’t repair some health issues it’s very much possible to be the best version of you when you change you’re diet and start learning to help you’re self simple by changing you’re food.
I believe sourdough ( as mostly all fermented food ) plays a key role in this.
