My favourite way to eat bread is with cheese! I bake for my family predominantly, but I'm also a member of a Book Group, and I'm the designated bread baker for us all when we meet up to talk books....
How I use BALM Protocol
I'm really keen to 'complete the circle' which I started over 10 years ago, when I implemented the Specific Carbohydrate Diet / GAPS diet, to improve my autistic son's health, and reduce his intolerances to certain foods. Since I did that, the science has moved on hugely, and I would love to understand more about why what we did worked (!) but also to be able to continue to use the knowledge I gain to help to maintain my own health, and the health of my family.
I would ideally also like to be able to use my knowledge as part of community projects, which implement the BALM protocol and help to spread that message to the wider community.
