My favourite food is actually bread and butter. Earlier i've been seeking for really healthy and highly nutrient loaf of bread and it seemed no so easy and now I'm free to bake it myself, which I'm proud of. Now I bake for my family and friends and want to share more in the future.
I've baked my first bread during the war in my country and I feel the value of bread as a symbol of satiety and peace in the family. Sourdough rye bread baking namely has a long history in our ancient time Ukraine and for me such an activity is a moment of unity with the way my grand-grandmothers did it.
