I am a Food Chemist with 7+ years of experience in the food and beverages industry. I quit my office job in 2021 to be aable to slow down, heal and redefine my lifepath and purpose.
Baking has always been part of my life as a hobbie, but during the recent pandemic I recognized it as my biggest passion and most likely, my new career path.
