My favourite way to eat bread may be to simplest way, a mixture of lovely olive oil, salt, pepper and bread. Although im pretty into bread in all forms and sandwiches are quite the staple of mine. Im currently looking to bake for me, my house and the community that i am a part of.
How I use BALM Protocol
Once i graduate, i hope to carry forward the ways in which we can connect to our food, the process and journey it takes from soil to plate, and to be able to pass on these teachings to those around me. I am a part of Eco village with Beth, and also a smallholding nearby that looks to educate people through practical and discussion mediums, and to be a part of hosting classess to make hearty bread a reality that others can be empowered by. I also hope to create the perfect loaf balancing nutrition, taste, protein for the ideal morning loaf for myself and those around me.
