Enrolment
Our Diploma in Nutrition and digestibility of Bread starts in the 3rd week of September Each year. Enrolment open for registration opens in July and closes on the 1st week of October
To make joining all courses more affordable we offer flexible payment plans over 6 to 12 months. Therefore we book up to a year in advance and course bookings are added at the end of the academic year in July for the following year.

Limited Numbers
Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and workshops fill up quickly with a maximum of 6 spaces available on some courses. Early registration is highly recommended to secure your spot.
Samples and Promotional Materials
We occasionally send course information and samples through the post. If you’re interested in receiving a sample of sourdough starter or botanical blend flour, please agree to share your details with our millers, Hodmedods. Note: This offer is for UK residents only.
