We also have new recipes that I am really excited about and this years course students will be invited to get involved in helping the new book I am currently writing.

I am also working on several other things this month, including a new intense botanical blend flour called xxx and new baking kits. However, with The Sourdough School Diploma start date fast approaching, I want to remind you of some important deadlines that will help you secure your place in the course.
