It is lovely to be home after being on London. The roses are blooming and I am getting ready for this week’s course. We have a spare place free if any of my alumni students want to re visit and attend for free and hang out on the Advanced Sourdough Boule 2 day workshop.
It was also an absolute delight to meet so many of you at the Integrative and Personalised Medicine Congress. It is the first time I have ever exhibited at a conference, and I can’t believe I was worried about there being bread left over!
Very rarely students have to move dates to another course, and yesterday we had 2 immediate openings due to some unexpected cancellations. ( Please note that the 4 Day Workshop: Personalisation of Bread + Online Diploma is £1200 registration fee will be increasing to £1499 this September for next year so the last minute places are a bargain.)
If you’re interested, in attending the 4 Day course on 10th July – 13th then we’d be delighted to hear from you.
I also want to extend our best wishes to those who had to move their courses to next year due to personal circumstances, and we look forward to welcoming them when they are able to attend.
Stay tuned for the 1 day introduction to BALM
- For those who signed up for the 1 day introduction to BALM here at The Sourdough School, we’ll be opening course bookings on the 1st of July.
- For those who inquired about our flour, it’s a botanical blend, and you can see more here on the ingredients – the profits support our social prescribing initiatives. You can find more information about the botanical flour and its benefits here.
- Our Diploma course starts in September 2024
It was an incredible privilege to meet so many amazing people who are standing up for their patients and helping people to live their best life. I believe that making connections, and a transdisciplinary approach to the challenges we face is a powerful way to bring about change, and I very much hope to share the baking as lifestyle medicine knowledge with you.
In the meantime, I look forward to meeting some of you in person to chat about the Baking as Lifestyle Medicine protocol and demonstrate how to make our special bread.
Kind regards,
Dr. Vanessa Kimbell
