My favourite way to eat bread is with friends and strangers. I bake for everyone and anyone. I bake for whoever needs a loaf of bread; for whoever needs to be blessed, healed, celebrated and loved.
How I use BALM Protocol
I will use my bread making knowledge to endeavour to share what I have learnt with others. I will share it as I continue to share my bread with others and educate them about the importance of eating bread made with wild yeast, sustainably grown wheat, and love. I’ll continue to have people at my table who need to understand what it means to ‘break bread together’ nourishing the body and mind.
