If I had to pick only one it would be a freshly made loaf of bread with butter or olive oil, the classic pairing of this is moreish and comforting to me. I enjoy baking for myself, family and friends.

I am based in London and enjoy being a home baker. I also help Vanessa with administration and gardening behind the scenes at The Sourdough School.
Passionate about Baking as Lifestyle Medicine
I am interesting in learning about all aspects of holistic health but in particular the the connection between the gut and mental wellbeing/overall health. I'm also curious to learn more in-depth knowledge about the impact bread and baking can have on both mental and physical health and overall wellbeing.
My Community
As a home baker I mainly discuss my interests with my loved ones and friends. Many people I have spoken to are trying to take more ownership of their own overall health but are unsure how to do this in the modern society.
How I use BALM Protocol
I feel that by gaining a greater understand and knowledge I will be able to pass this on to others in a way in which excites others to be advocates for their own health, raise discussions around the topic and within their communities and ultimately encourage the next generation to use BALM in their daily lives.
