My favourite way to eat bread is freshly baked or toasted and buttered. I bake for friends, my husband and myself.
My Work
I am based in a village in Northamptonshire and run a small catering company with my husband. My health is my priority after an illness last year. I love to cook and have recently rediscovered baking.
Passionate about Baking as Lifestyle Medicine
I believe we have the all the tools we need to heal ourselves and if our gut is happy the rest should follow. I am passionate about the power food has on our health and cook with this in mind, especially after my own recent illness. The way people are eating is changing and through my food i want to nourish without any highly processed products.
My Community
Our food is well known in our community as being nutritious, cooked from scratch and we use local ingredients some grown by myself. I want to take this further and educate people. I have experienced the difference it has made to me and believe the answer is prevention not cure.
