I bake for my own pleasure and then enjoy sharing with our extended family and friends.
I have also taught many friends and family about starter preparation and my technique using dutch ovens in a Weber BBQ.

I am a retired Specialist Orthodontist and enjoy seeking knowledge on fitness diet and health.

I first became interested when the two Israeli Professors did blood tests and found blood sugar spiking was different for different people eating the same food.
A diet is for the individual. Each person is different. One size does not fit all.
