About

Sharing a freshly baked loaf with family and friends with a glass of red wine!

My Work

I am based in Co Meath in Ireland and have started a business called Bread with Benefits with my wife Sara who is a GP specializing in women's health.
Our aim is to share the knowledge gained from visits to The Sourdough School since 2018 and apply the BALM principles in our teaching to all those that visit our studio.
We will run a mix of half day demos and full day courses covering aspects of food, health and wellbeing whilst teaching how to make a simple sourdough tin loaf.

Passionate about Baking as Lifestyle Medicine

I have had a lifelong passion for all things food and since 2015 have been searching for a way to apply the knowledge gathered over that time. Having had a career in Agriculture I have now decided to change from a primary food producer to being a food educator. Taking part in The Sourdough School education programme along with other concurrent studies will enable me to teach Baking as Lifestyle Medicine.

How I use BALM Protocol
