Lot of sourdough bakeries in a town. Many people bake their sourdough bread at home. i feel that they would like to hear more stories about this healhty way of food.

How I use BALM Protocol

I bake a lot. I teach children in schools how to bake their first sourdough bread (next week i am going to my 4th school). I will teach more. I will write about it more.
