I am based in Dallas, Texas. A newby having just moved here from Los Angeles 1 1/2 years ago. I don't bake as much as I used to, my kids are all out of the house. If I do make bread it is for friends for a family meal.

I am interested in Whole Foods and want to incorporate bread in to my diet as a whole grain treat.
That is a big question. Food is medicine and we are so removed from using food as nutrition. We have to move away from ultra processed foods and the only way to make that shift is by providing the best quality to the masses.
How I Will Use The Knowledge
I am hoping to help to help my daughter open a coffee shop with and a focus on whole grain sourdough bake goods.
