My Work
I am based in Park City, Utah. I practice when I’m home which depends on my work schedule. This is a lower altitude but I also have a house in Montana which makes it a little trickier!
Passionate about Baking as Lifestyle Medicine
I evolve daily as does my knowledge of the body. I overcame an autoimmune disease when I was younger with the help of food, lifestyle and care of the body.
My Community
I consider myself a guide and would love to continue to drive that through food.
