I bake for myself and my partner, we like bread and other types of baking products. We mostly use it in sandwiches and having the chance to have freshly baked bread, the house which smell of it, maybe around midnight, and the chance to use flours from producers that we like make me happy.
How I use BALM Protocol
I'm trying to find my way in hospitality. I like to cook for other people and I have developed a good palate thanks t my sommelier training. Maybe bread making could be the way to go but I want to understand if I can improve, because there are many aspect that I'm not able to control and I hope for this course to make me partially understand if "bread" is the way for me.
